hank got sent to hell for killing people... so he can kill the people he just killed...

also, anyone else notice that there is Project nexus hank, the one who betrays, and the origional mother hank j wimbolton?
I think the good Hank got revived into a mag but died, while doc brought the betrayl hank to destroy project nexus
This could also explain why PN Hank was such a jackass to his allies, and when he's the complete opposite in madness 10.
